We are Ben, James and Henny and between us we’ve worked in more fine eateries than you can shake a stick at. We’ve spent years working for some of the best independent restaurants around, creating mouth-watering menus and hosting fabulous events.
Many, many moons ago, the three of us met whilst working in one of Bristol’s best restaurant and bars and through a lot (and we mean a lot) of busy services and a bit (!!) of late night drinking became firm friends! We have waitered, bar tendered, managed and chefed in award winning restaurants including Thornbury Castle, Le Trenchard Manor, Redcliffs, Severnshed, Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant and Goldbrick House – to name just a few.
